
This was the menu for a wonderful evening experience.
For me, the chefs simply excelled. Each dish was really beautifully prepared and presented. The Durbanville Hills Cellar Master, Martin Moore, was a superb host for the evening, and introduced all the wines in a humorous and interesting way. It's difficult to choose a favourite dish, though if I had to, it would be the fish (Kingklip).
